1. touch on

= ~에 관해 다루다, 언급하다라는 뜻으로 어떤 자료나 안건을 다루고 넘어갈 때 쓰입니다.

2. handy

= 곁에 있는, 바로 쓸 수 있는(손 닿는 거리일 정도로 가까운)

= 흔히 알려진 기여하다와 달리 회의/대화에서 의견을 말하다/제공하다라는 뜻으로도 쓰입니다.
